I really liked the advice you gave me, and would like more! I really liked your advice with an example meal that you gave me! I would like some more ideas and tips for good meals, and some recipes too! I also rated you a 5:)! Thanks

Sure! Here's some more ideas (feel free to mix up things from different meals, they're just ideas :-):
BREAKFAST:
Drinks with breakfast are usually
1 c milk
1/2 orange juice (or other fruit drink)
1 cup V8
Coffee or tea with milk or sugar
1 cup strawberries
Oatmeal (i use old fashioned 1/2 c oatmeal, 1 cup milk, sprinkle cinnamon, walnuts, and splenda)
OR
Berry smoothie (8oz fruit flavored yogurt, 1/2 c berries, 1/2 c crushed ice)
OR
1 c Low sugar cereal (Kix is not bad!)
1 c fresh fruit
OR
1/2 fresh grapefruit
1 slice toast (whole wheat) with butter or topped with cheese and broiled until cheese melts.
OR
1/4 cantaloupe
1 english muffin with butter or low sugar jelly
LUNCH
Grilled chicken breast on romain (a plate full)
2 tbsp Low sugar dressing
Sugar free Jell-O (tastes just like the sugar kind!)
OR
Grilled Hamburger (no bun)
Top with stewed tomatoes
OR
1 cup cottage cheese
Any veggie you like on cottage cheese
