Question Posted Sunday August 15 2004, 3:50 pm

ok i already asked this qquestion once but im going to do it again and give more information.. i have a small bump on the inside of my pubic area & its itchy & sometimes irritated & sore.. ive never had with my boyfriend & he has no signs of STD's ..i have shaved down there but its been a while and sometimes i don't wear underware so there is a good chance it may be just an irritated sweat bump or something.. still i am scared, im going to the doctor next week just to make sure, does anyone have any suggestions to what might be causing this?

It's probably just an ingrown hair that got even MORE irritated from not wearing underwear.

it is probably irratated from not waring any under wear or an ingrone hair from shaving put cream on it and a warm or hot cloth.

It's razor burn!!! Stop shaving down there and invest in some thongs instead of going naked! Do not wear underwear that is too tight and make sure you buy COTTON undies!

That's a good possibility that it might be a sweat bump, but still, go to the doctor, he'll tell you what's wrong in a second. And it's probably nothing. :)
