I'm really not as in shape as I coould or should be, but I'm happy to share my routine with you.
When I get up in the morning, I ALWAYS have breakfast. Every morning I possibly can. That way I'm not starving by lunch and can get away with eating light.
For breakfast, depending on how much time I have, I'll either have a bowl of cereal and some fruit and milk, or I'll go all out and have pancakes, eggs, sausage and juice. That sounds kind of fatty, but you can replace a lot of the fat. Like I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Egg Beaters, and low-sodium meats to make my food.
After breakfast, I try to take a walk around my neighborhood, just to get myself totally awake. I come home, shower, and then take care of whatever else I have to do for the day. If I have to go out again and it's within walking distance, I will just grab my CD player and walk.
For lunch, I'll usually have a salad and some fruit, or sometime I'll splurge and have something really fatty, but never more than once a week.
For dinner, I'll have whatever my housekeeper is making, but small portions. Just enough to keep me satisfied through the night. I try to avoid eating til I'm full unless it's a holiday or special event. For dessert, I'll have a cookie or something if I even want dessert.

So I do that plus I do a lot more walking on days when I have to go to work. If I get bored, sometimes I'll put in the pilates video and work out to the for a little while.

My regimen isn't very stiff. I do what I need to do in order to feel healthy. So hopefully I've given you some ideas toward your own routine. Keep it loose because you can end up overworking yourself by trying to keep too stiff of an eating and workout regimen.

Good luck! :) Let me know if I've helped.
