MY ankles are sorta big and have muscle around them i guess cause they can be skinnier...and then it just keeps getting bigger and then my calves are HUGE..and i hate it, any advice? lol all i want is a thinner lower leg i guess.
MFS answered Wednesday August 11 2004, 10:10 pm: don't use your legs anymore and let your muscles atrophy...
yes, I am kidding...
if your calves are muscular, then there's not much you can do, beyond going out of your way to stop using your calf muscles so much... I know someone who flipped out over her legs being "too big" so she started working out, lots of exercise and she played competetive tennis... her legs got bigger, not smaller, because it was muscles... lots and lots of muscle.
