Abs..Crunchie Question what sort of crunchies do you need to do to get abs? like how far off the ground? like little ones that ur shoulder barely gets off the ground or like.. all the way up? please answer: {1}- how far off the ground works best? {2}- if i run 3 times a week and do that everyday how long (approx) will it maybe take?

{1} - usually between 3-6 inches off the ground is a good work-out! =) and {2} - it depends on how far youe running and how long (time-wise) it takes. it should take maybe a couple months - good luck! ]
try doing 20 situps...if u dont feel the burn,do more...i do 200+ every night ]
umm depends on how fast you want to get abs. If you want them really soon, then i`d try going pretty high up, or maybe even doing sit ups and doing like 100 or so a night maybe? But if you dont really care how long it takes you then you should do little ones with just shoulder blades off the ground. And it depends on how far you run... ]
