i play sports all the time and recently i have had more pracices nd games. i normally have a healthy diet but lately i havent been very hungry after sports.Because ive been playing sporst more constantly like almost every day of the week, and since my diet isnt normal im losing wieght instead of gaining it. How can i not lose weight and play while being hungry afterwards?

Maybe give some free advice about: Sports? aSkEricaxO answered Tuesday August 10 2004, 11:32 pm: well thats hard .. i kno how u feel cuz the same thing happens to me .. some times im starving when i get home from running or soccer .. but others i just have no appetite .. i guess it all just depends on when you eat during the day and before sports and how much you eat .. after i get home i just need to wait for my stomach to settle and then im good .. so maybe you just have to wait it out for a while till you get ur appetite back after .. i relle dont kno what you should do .. but loosing weight isnt good so maybe if you have practice everyday you could consider tellin your coach that maybe you should only come to three a week? i dont kno how understandin your coach is .. you could also talk to a doctor about this .. just do whatever you can to stop loosin weight and start gaining it .. good luck and anythin else just ask .. love always - Erica [ aSkEricaxO's advice column | Ask aSkEricaxO A Question ]
