Run like 20 min. a day, do some sit-ups or crunches at night, eat healthy, and drink a lot of water! :) ]
Amanda, the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy. Only eat 3 meals a day and two snacks that are nonfatting. Also run 1 or 2 miles a day. Whatever you do don't starve yourself!!

Theres no way to do it quick. You just have to eat right and exercise... blah blah blah. Everyone hears it. But if its your stomache your looking to tone up etc focus on that area. Cardio works great, like the bike, ski machine, etc... If you dont drink soda pop, even if its diet, you will lose up to 5 lbs. Seriously!
