Hi well like my brother is in jail well my parents treat me like the oldest ever since he's been gettin in trouble he's 20 now im 17 , he got in trouble when he was my age and well they dont let me go out much wel at all how can i tell them that i wont make the mistakes he made so they'll leave me alone ?

You should talk to them. But dont get an attitude. Show sympathy and show them that your mature. Theyre more likely to listen to you this way. Tell them about the priveleges you miss having and show them that you care about the situation. If you follow these steps and they still dont listen to you the best thing to do is to let them know that even with your privelges like hanging out with your friends you'll still be there for them and handle your responsibilities. I hope this helps you.
