Basically i told him where it hurt and wen it hurt and i think i got xrayed(but i dont remember that well it was last yr) and then the doctor put me in physical therapy for awhile but nothing he did was painful. I highly doubt u will have to get a shot and u should tell ur mom rite away! it may b juss growing pains or it may b sumthing serious! so unless u have sumthin completely and utterly diffrent from most knee problems, im sure u wont need a shot wen u get it checked out! Good Luck!

I twisted my knee in softball and I keep twishing it. So now I just have to wear a kneww brace. If you have any other questions feel free to leave me a question in my inbox! Mackenzie answered Saturday August 7 2004, 9:32 pm: Did you do something to huRt it? Well, if you go to a doctoR he will pRobably tell you it's "gRowing pains", and it's a veRy "natuRal" paRt of gRowing up. NoRmally I'd tell you not to woRRie about it if you weRe only expeRiencing a little bit of pain. HoweveR, when you sai it huRts "like a motha", I'd say it would be in youR best inteRest to go get youRself checked out! If you'Re Really scaRed.. tRy going to youR school nuRse fiRst and see what she says! I wish you the best of luck! EveRything will be okay; no woRRies! Hopefully I helped! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
