Weight Loss I'm 13 (turnin 14 in early september), I'm around 5'6, and I weigh 114 or sometimes 116. I'm also very skinny but I still feel there is extra weight on me. I wanna lose about 10 pounds before school starts but I dont wanna exercise because I dont have any exercise machines and there isnt a gym or YMCA nearby. I've tried doing sit ups and crunches but they never help. Does anybody know any foods, drinks, etc. that will help me lose about 10 pounds?

omgosh..u def. should not want to loose ne weight. u can stay in shape though by lifting and running ]

im 13 too and gunna turn 14 soon but i only way 78 pounds! and im 5'0! i kno thats not like you but i do alot of sports! thats what keeps me looking good maby if u just go outside and take a jog everyday or eat less junk food it could help!

5'6" and 114???? Shit, that is skinny. Don't lose any weight. To do so could push you towards an unhealthy level. With too little weight, you risk your short and long term health. ]
