I'm 13 (turnin 14 in early september), I'm around 5'6, and I weigh 114 or sometimes 116. I'm also very skinny but I still feel there is extra weight on me. I wanna lose about 10 pounds before school starts but I dont wanna exercise because I dont have any exercise machines and there isnt a gym or YMCA nearby. I've tried doing sit ups and crunches but they never help. Does anybody know any foods, drinks, etc. that will help me lose about 10 pounds?
Additional info, added Tuesday August 3 2004, 10:16 pm: I'm skinny but not very skinny. Im not at the point where there is no fat and only ribs. I have a fast but not that fast of a metabolism. I eat so much but I just don't gain any weight so don't think I'm anorexic or something lol. You can also IM me on AIM at fAbOlOuZ x kAy 8 so it would be easier to explain and you can talk to me if you wanna :). Want to answer more questions in the category? MFS answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 10:01 pm: 5'6" and 114???? Shit, that is skinny. Don't lose any weight. To do so could push you towards an unhealthy level. With too little weight, you risk your short and long term health. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
