hey that is a great idea to support your school lose weight and be college concious but be sure you also do whatever sport you are going to do to have fun because if you are not having fun wiht what you are doing you are likely not to be good in that sport!some suggestions i have are track and feild(this is what i am currently doing there are many events to do within the sport) volleyball very aggresive sport but so much fun i hope i have helped have a great weekend.

I would suggest trying track in the spring. It has a lot of different stuff you can do (hurdles, sprinting, distance, shot put, and other field events) You have the right attitude about extra activities - so instead of sports, maybe you can try to join some clubs? Hope I helped <3 Steph

Well if your not that interested in sports...One thing that colleges really like are afterschool clubs that you participate in and getting into music. Those are two very important activities to colleges. But if your set on sports, try something simple. Join up for track & field and do something like shotput, easiest thing in the world. your just throwing a ball!

I think you should do either cheerleading or dance! It's fun! Plus you get your letterman jacket! Who wouldn't want their letterman jacket.... Plus cheerleading or dancing is an EXCELLENT way to excercise and you get popular doing them! I think you should try it! If not, try volleyball! :)
