Weight Loss Please

Hi everyone! Well, i no I am not fat, everything about me(my arms, thighs, ect...) is fine, but my stomach is flab and huge! I always say I will diet and excercise, but it never happens, but i am determined to lose weight by excercise and diet, but I need somethin easy and to lose weight fast! really fast! I am very impatiant! I am 5"3 and 127 pounds, if that helps. thanx so much. pleez answer asap!

Well, one thing you can do is just watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks definitely snack on fruits and veggies. For exercise, I recommend walking in your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes a day. And, I recommend doing crunches or situps for you stomach. I hope this helps and good luck.

Wow, your the same as me! Same height and weight too. I have no the same problem! I don't knwo anything that can help you. Just wanted you to know theres other people out there with your same problem!! Let me know if you find something that works ok?

Do crunches to work the top of your abs.. then for your bottoms(gotta work those guys too ;) ) lift your legs up laying down on your back and lift your butt up.. after about 10 you'll feel it! Rate me plz hun!
