WEIGHT LOSS, FAST hi. im 11 years old and the last time i weighed myself i was 120 lbs i dont know what to do! every summer i gain weight! please help! school is starting soon and i dont want to seem weirdly uneven by weight.i dont know if i can join a fitness club because iam too young. please help, ill rate you!

Well, 120 isn't bad but it depends on your height too. If you want to lose weight just watch your calorie intake and don't eat past 7pm. Also, if you need snacks just snack on fruits and veggies. Another thing you need to do is exercise. If you can't join a fitness club then just go walking in your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes a day. Also, you can do leg lifts. For those, you lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg. If that's too easy for you then do more. Another exercise I do is arm curls. For those, if you have small weights this will help but you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still you bring the weights up to your chest and back down. I recommend doing at least 50 on each arm. Also, do crunches or situps. One last thing I recommend is stretching before you go to bed. You'll sleep better and that's when you burn more fat. Your weight is fine!!!! Trust me!!!! I weigh 130 and I'm 12. As long as you know your healthy by eating right and excercizing and stuff, you'll be fine. Just make sure you stay active. That is most important! I hope I helped! ]
you cna join curves w. ur mom or something! excersize is fun! or you could run alot n eat healthier. wne ur firends come over instead of sittin down eatin popcorn n tlkn yall could get up n dance or go play outsideor go 2 the pool or something! (not sayin tht all yall do is sit n eat lol) but yeah just be really active! get in volved in some sports!! hope this helps ]
just cut down on soda and dont snack inbetween meals it is going to be hard but if you do need a snack have a healthier food. and try to exercise ]
