my friend moved out of town and i talked to her friend (boy)and hes really nice and he sent me a picture and hes really hott!!! hehe is it a bad idea to go out with him? cuz he likes me and i like him!

well it depends... if you're really close with your friend who moved then you may want to consider asking her if she'd get pissed or not. if you're not close with her, then give the dude a shot.

I don't see anything wrong with it, UNLESS he's going out with your friend or something. But, if he's not then go for it! You both like each other, so whats the problem!? lol. Meet up somewhere so you two can meet in person. And then ask him "So...is there any chance for me and you hooking up?" And then see what he says. Just ask him to go to the movies or the mall or somewhere fun wherever you live so you two can meet!! =D
