*do sit ups everyday when you wake up
*after situps take a grocery bag and put 3 cans of vegtables maybe soda ne thing kinda heavy and tie it around your leg and lay on your side and move your leg up and down (it looks lyk sissors when you move your leg) and then go on your other side and do that on the other leg
*go running
*drink plenty of water propel works wonders water weight is most peoples problem!
*your chin all you do is close your mouth and tilt your head back about 30 times a day and it looses ne extra skin you got under your chin! [ sexiiKt's advice column | Ask sexiiKt A Question ]

They definitely know what they are talking about. :-) But if you are still wanting ways to lose weight I do have a few suggestions. First off, you should watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks you should eat fruits and veggies. Walking is a great exercise. If you go walking at least 30 min a day that would help. For the stomach, I recommend doing crunches or situps and for the legs I recommend doing leg lifts. Basically, you lay on one side and you bring your leg up and down. I would start out with 30 on each leg but if that's too easy then definitely do more. I hope this helps and good luck!
