if you have like one meal and a gadorade or something a day after a month or two is that considered an eating disorder like anorexia? also if you do that does anyone no about how much weight will b lost after a month?

im 13, 5'2 and was 92 pounds before now im like 88 and i excercise, i run 2 miles with weights each day and twice a day 200 crunches 120 leg lifts and 100 squats all with weights.

if you just have one meal and sum gadorade thats not anorexia and not a eating disorder you wont loose much weight becuz you are most likely slowing down your motabolizum *Man i cant spell! i didnt eat nething besides 1 meal and water everyday for 2 months and i didnt loose nething besides 2 pounds and i asked my doctor about it and he said that i should eat more to loose more but you have to eat the right foods always member that you prolly wont loose much!

you can't be sure unless you go see a doctor just to make sure it's not an eating disorder. but you may want to start eating more a day so you don't get anorexia!!

Well, it's definitely not healthy at all to do that so if you don't start eating more it could end up as an eating disorder. I'm not sure how much weight would be lost if a month doing that but if you're worried about your weight then you should just eat healthy foods but you should be eating 3 times a day and just don't eat past 7pm. Also, fruits and veggies are a good thing to eat for snacks. And, definitely getting exercise will help you to lose weight. I hope this helps!

no..thats not anorexia. anorexia is an eating disorder that consists of strictly eating nothing. and i mean NOTHING. now it sounds like you might be a little self-concsious about your weight..and let me tell you.. not eating any thing or throwing up is definetly NOT the anser to losing weight.. um.. your body will only react by trying to slow down your metabolism, and you'll gain more, actually. now right now your not eating very much, which is ok. just dont start eating less and less, or even not eating any thing at all. now THATS when you have a severe case of anorexia. you dont want to do that!! trust me!! if your worried about losing weight just excersise,eat low fat yogurts,slim fast.. and DONT FORGET THE EXCERSISE PART!!! thats..very important! i dont no your metabolism structure, so no.. im sorry i dont no how much weight would be lost in a month. please... please.. im me or e-mail me at xolepetitox@aol.com ... i will help you with any other sort of problem you have!! i reallyy hope i helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That isnt healthy at all just to do that. If you do that you are going to lose weight like crazy. But as soon as you eat more then what you do now then your going to get reallllllllly fat in no time at all. And you can get very sick from it you can become diabetic, Or i dont know about anerexic i dont beleive so but you can become very very sick and you could die from it. My advice would be to eat 3 meals a day just for health or at least 2. Dont want to see someone die over stuff like that or become sick.
