Losing Weight hey i'm 5'3 and i weigh 125 lbs. does anyone know any REALLY REALLY good ways to lose around 12-20 pounds in the next 4 weeks??? please help!!!

Ok well i don't know if you are going to be able to lose that much weight THAT fast but...Eat healthy, don't snack a lot in between meals...if u skip a meal then your body will start storeing fat so EAT 3 MEALS A DAY and don't eat anything 2 hours before you go to bed....for me...running worked and sometimes go to a weightroom..if u need anything else...drop a ? in my box ]
make your self a work-out that makes you work hard and feel like your losing weight..also try not to eat lots of junk food..3 dairy a day and veggies and fruits help ;) ]
Wow, you don't want to lose that much weight that fast! That's dangerous.
Eat right, work out, and you'll probably lose some weight, but not 20 pounds in four weeks...
I had this health issue and lost four pounds in less than two days - I felt like CRAP. Not fun.
Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Drink a lot of water, excercise - walk, run, etc.
Be patient - you'll lose weight - maybe not as much as you want, but you will lose some.

You probably wont be able to lose that much weight in that time but try eating healthy and excersizing and u might lose like 8 pounds. good luck ]
