hey.. this is my 3rd year of cheerleading and.. im 14 and going to be a freshman in high school this year.. now i honestly think that my new coach has no confedence in me!! i mean yeah.. i ask a lot of questions.. just b/c im a perfectionist and i need to.. but i always try my hardest!!! in fact.. i even overheard my coach saying that she doesnt see me moving up to varsity next year!! now that was pretty crotch of her.. lol seeing as im always working hard. any experienced cheerleaders out there who can help me suprise her by actually MAKING and doing varsity material?? HELP!~

Talk to her about all the hard work and dedication you've been devoting to cheerleeding . Tell her that questions keep you informed and that it's good that you ask questions because, questions don't risk the squad being in jeopardy . Just try your best .
