I have the exact same problem! I just eat ice or low calorie foods, that seems to help me alot. And i only drink water. If you like lemonade, you should try Minute Maid Light Lemonade, its only 5 calories a can.
I hope i helped

You can pig out on healthy food... i know i know big whoop... but in the end you'll be thanking yourself, maybe join a gym before you go back to school to shed off a few pounds! good luck

haha i have a funny story about preventing yourself from eating lots of junk food. my grandma and great aunts are all artists, and one of them gained a little weight. in order to stop her sister from getting fat, my other great aunt formed a very, very obese person out of clay, stuck a magnet on it and put it on the fridge. then whenever she opened the fridge she'd be reminded of what junk food does to you. so my solution is to imagine that you are like 300 pounds and sitting in a room of junk food... then you will be all disgusted and stop eating :) lol

the problem your having is that your getting bored, and eating gives you something to do (plus its yummy!). The best thing to do would be to fight the urge or whatever. But I know thats hard to do -- I could never do that! What I do now is instead of grabbing chips or cookies grab fruit! I know it sounds corny but you end up getting used to it. Fruit is still good AND its healthy! The BEST fruit to eat (if you wanna stay skinny) is grapefruit. Theres something about the citris thats good... Also gum helps some people with cravings. Maybe it would help you? Hope I helped!
