wow basketball this yr has been a trip lol pretty bad. well i play basketball for AAU(amateur atheletic union)well almost every game i get mad over somethin but sometimes i kno how to channel my anger n use my heart to get back in to the game like forget what happened and come back n do something amazing well i have gotten 3 techs in one season which is very bad sometimes i get so mad i cant even concentrate on the game i only concentrate on gettin the person back which is also a bad thing cuz its turns out as another tech which still hasnt happened but i need to find a way to channel my anger b/c usin my heart doesnt always work i need a way to calm down sometimes ill ask the coach to take me out the game which has worked a COUPLE times but not all the time so can someone help me find a way to channel my anger somewhere else
