im 11 and i way 120 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose15 or 25 pounds by september??

AskingAshley answered Friday July 23 2004, 6:18 pm: hello there... first of all, i want to tell yu that there is absolutly nothing wrong with that weight! and secondly, you should never feel self concious just because someone is thinner then you!! you should always be you and never care what anyone thinks! but to answer yur question - there are quite a few things that yu could do to loose weight. just start by taking a simple run everyday!! or work out a little here and there! or yu could always dance or do a sport or sumthing! and swimming is always really good for yu and yur weight... so don`t worry about what anyones saying... and i hope i helped =o) [ AskingAshley's advice column | Ask AskingAshley A Question ]
