Just talk to him. And be open. After you too are really close friends then you can share your feelings. Remember everything takes time so don't rush things. Start off by hanging out where he does and bring a friend along (one whos not interested in him ) And then casually start talking to him. After a while you'll exchange numbers and eventually become great friends. That should make it alot easier and more comforting to tell him you like him. And hopefully he feels the same way about you!

Tell him how you feel. Ask wait for his response. That's the best way -- get it straight from them. I hope things work out!

basically, you just gotta straight up ask him. tell him you like him, or at least drop little hints about what you feel for him. if he responds in kinda the same way, chances are that he likes you, if not, well... try in a few months.
if you really think he likes you though, maybe you should just try and tell him. see what happens. there's nothing to be lost (except a moment's pride) and everything to be gained (him!).
