OK, im just gonna get to the point so that i dont take forever. i personaly, think that im fat and ugly, and i get made fun of alot, which sucks. i really try not to eat alot and exercise, but then i just like keep eating or dont exercise. im outa shape and in no sports. i mean i like some sports but i suck at them and outa shape. i wanna be in sports but ^^. so idk wut to about this whole situation. i mean im 12 and about 5' and like 105.....it may not sound like a lot, but i am truly fat. ok well thkx, hopefully you can answer this asap! thkx

Well, one, you're in regular condition for your age! Babe I don't know who's making you think you're overweight but you're not I gaurentee you. BUT, if you want to do something about it, then first. Anwser me back... which sports do you like? And... are you a male or female? Listen, if you're not good at those sports that you like... you're still young, 12, that's when sports in school's are just beginning for you. Try to stick with one sport, the first one that comes in your mind and sticks out the most. But try and let it be a sport where you could get a substancial excersize amount. Like my personal favorite, Basketball... It will definatly whip you into shape. Or even if you don'twant to work at that level, if you're a guy, baseball, or a girl, softball. It really doesn't matter, whatever sport you think you would like to play best. Then, after you decide which sport is right for you, you MUST STAY COMMITED. Try and get some friends to play with you. And don't listen to those people that make fun of you. They don't realize the hurt they're causing, but just keep in mind that one day they will get revenge on them for doing such cruel things to people. And i'm not saying that you should be the one to do that by any means. If you want to "get back at them", do it by prooving them wrong... What you want to do is going to take hard work and determination. Sports are definatly a good way to get excersize. And really, you should ask a friend, a close one, to help you out. Having friends is always the best way to get something accomplished, if you have someone to have your back, you can get much further in what you want to do.
