Sharpie marker- her favorite color black
Placing it on her wrist
She drew a dotted line
And a heart for good measure
The empty heart that stained her skin
Looked vacant next to the scattered stripe
She didn’t have a knife..
So the razor blade would suffice
And on the dotted line she sliced
