Backhandsprings:To learn a backhandspring make sure you are able to arch in the middle.. start with your feet close together... and you can either put your arms over your head or right in front of you.. swing them backwards; and arch into a handspring... keep your arms locked, but again not too locked, but not loose so you would land on your face...in the middle when your hands hit you need to "spring" off or push off with your hands to finish your backhandspring.. a spotter may be needed for this.. The spotter should put one hand on your one leg and one hand on your back.. when you swing they should kind of guide you through to to make sure you dont stop.. BE CAREFUL!!! good luck
