diet well i am going to see this guy i havent seen in awhile and when i meet him i want him to say wow u have lost weight!! lol so i need help starting a diet like i need excersize's and lol yeah i just need help!!

Um, First of all if your thin you shouldnt be losing weight but if yoiur not i recommend just runnign after you wake up and before you go to bed ]
1.) Swim
2.) Run
3.) Biking
4.) Crunches
5.) Walking
6.) Eating healthier
7.) Drink water and not so much soda

Well first off im not gonna start this answer off by saying "your fine the way you are and blah blah blah" becuase im sure you have heard it all before(even though its true)!I have felt the same way..Even when im not going to see a guy.But Just so this answer isnt a waste im gonna try to help you!I have been doing yoga for about a year now and I am in the best shape of my life not only did I lose about 5-10 lbs but im toned,which is always a plus!So if you go to like borders or wal-mart and buy mtv's power yoga its great!AND ALSO,just when your in your room and have nothing to do,blar some music and just dance around! I know you may feel like a nerd but when you sweat it burns cals and fat and it gives me more energy cuz im happy!And also eating right,try veggies and fruits and salmon(great diet food and great for the skin!)BUT DONT Starve yourself that never helps it actually makes you gain weight! And pleanty of Water! So with that very long answer...

The MTV Power Yoga I belive was about $20.00 at Borders Books but again if you to like wal-mart or Target im sure it would be $15.00.

Depends how much you wanna lose. If you're significantly overweight(30-40 pounds) go on a diet with high protein,low carbs. Stay away from breads,pastas,etc as much as possible. Stick to milk,meats,vegetables(even if some have carbs) and fruits. To speed this process along,run. Start out short distance,then gradually build up. You're young,so your metabolism is high.
