Anything that promises to get you rich, and has to proclaim up-front that it is "totally legal" is 1) probably not legal, 2) not going to get you rich, and 3) probalby being used by rather nefarious people to collect addresses and names (and other info) on unsuspecting people that they can then use to send you more spam..
