Taking advantage

I think that my friends take advantage of me all the time. They ask me to buy them things and doing things for them. I have a really hard time saying no to people. What should i do?

I Know that talking to your friends and telling the no can be a hard thing. You sould 1st try talking to them and tell them how you feel. If that doesn't work I would make it into a kind of joke. Next time your friend asks you to buy her a lip gloss at the mall. Smile and say "no way, you buy it I'm almost broke, Jez". Try it! If it doesn't work write back and I'll think of more ideas!
