Ok, so there's this guy that is a year older than me, and I have a HUGE crush on him! I think that he may like me too, but i'm not sure. I told my friend about him,and the guy immediately turned into my friends's crush too. This isn't the only time this has happened. Every time I tell her about a crush that I have she's always like "omg, he's so hot, I think he likes me!" It's driving me crazy! I've already tried talking to her about it, but she won't listen to me. What should I do? (link)

one of my friends got back from a camp about a week ago, and she's seemed to have changed a little. I feel kind of left out when she talks about this and that and what she did there and about all the new friends she made and about how she's going back next year and blah blah blah blah blah, you get the point. I feel kind of depressed when she talks about it because she seems like a different person, I don't really know how to explain it. Its like I've always thought of her as the person whose always there for me, but lately it seems as if whenever I call she has somewhere to be or go or something to do, and whenever I invite her to do something she's just like I cant cause etc. She doesnt even say oh we could do this tho, you know? I know this sounds really confusing but ever since she got home its like i don't exist. I feel nervous to call her because I don't want to be depressed listening to her talk about it. What should I do, how can I fix it so I feel, well, not a third wheel (well 2nd wheel but nvm) Thanks! (link)

i bet your friend is just really excited about this amazing experience she had. Maybe you could go with her next year. I'm sure she had a good reason for not being able to go do something with you. I bet she even asked you if you wanted to talk. when she does that take her up on it. She's probobly worried about you

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you're not a type A person. If i'm wrong, hello call them! Maybe they think that you're at camp or something! call them! someone always wants to hang out!

Ok so i have this friend who i have been friends with for about 2 years now. She is really nice and the two of us are like twins seperated at birth! I love her to death but latley i have not enjoyed being around her. She is really rich and that has never bothered me before but lately she has been rubbing it in my face. Like just the other day she was like "Yeah and then my Mom took me to the mall and bought me all this stuff, and then we went out to eat, and BLAH BLAH BLAH!!" She is driving me CRAZY with jelousy!!! I feel like i'm repeating myself (see below) TALK TO HER. If you tell her how you feel i'll bet she'll understand. She may be jelous of you and is covering it up by talking about herself, and the good part of her life.
THe only way this is going to get better is if you talk to her, tell it to her straight

My best friend and i have been best friends for about 4 years now. The two of us were meant for each other! For example, we can finish each others sentances, and know what the other one is thinking! I have wanted a true best friend all my life and i am soooo happy that i have found her! I dont know what i would do without her! There is only one problem.......she has been a total bitch since summer started and i don't know what to do about it! She has been bragging off to me about all these expensive camps that she has been going to and about all these new exciting friends she has made! I am soo jelous that i can't even stand to be around her! I hate being around her because i know that all she will do is brag off to me and make me feel lower then dirt! Please help me! Sometimes people go through a rough time. My dad says that life is like a big rolling wheel, sometimes your at the top and sometimes your at the bottom, when your at the bottom remember that soon your going to be at the top. I would talk to her, tell her that your jelous, i bet she'll understand. You never know she might be jelous of you, maybe you have a really good relationship with your parents and she doesn't, maybe she's jelous that your pretty and she isn't. something like that. The best thing to do is to talk to her, tell her exactly what you wrote to me and i bet she'll change her ways. Don't worry about losing your friendship, you guys have probably been through a lot together, don't let jelously ruin a 4 year friendship!.
As long as you talk to her, tell it to her straight.

I like this guy a lot, but I have no clue if he even likes me a little. I think he knows I like him but I'm not really sure. I've asked a friend to try and find out who he likes, but no results yet. If your moving far away and you know your never going to see him again, I would forget about him. You are going to met so many new cute, smart, funny guys at your new school, I would save all my flirting for them!

theres this gurl at school and shes a total idiot. she thinks she can just march up to anyone and suddenly be best friends with them. shes been blabbing secrets and lying to our faces. all my friends hate her, but so far, im the only one thats confronted her about it. and afterwards, she tried talking behind my back to one of my best friends. none of them r backing me up, even tho they agree with me, saying they dont want her as an enemy. but shes moving next year so what does it matter? Well you see, I got this boyfriend a while ago and before we started going out we were really good friendsand we loved each others company. When he got the courage to ask me out, I gladly said yes. What ever you do don't use the "let's just be friends" line. (Guys hate it!) Don't ditch him, start becoming less attached. Don't go to the movies every night, don't call him every morning, don't spend every minute of every day with him. Next time you and your friends go to the mall don't invite him along. Chances are if you SLOWLY detach yourself from him he'll get the idea. Warning: Be gentle don't all of a sudden stop talking to him completly!

Ok if you can't forget about the whole thing and find another summer crush, I would ask the guy you like out. If your totally against girls asking guys out. then I would just flirt more with the guy you like. Maybe both of them liked you and they made an agreement that your ex could have you. Maybe your just so great both of them wanted you but only one could have you. If you think about it the guy you like is the nicer one he let his friend have you even though he liked you. I Know that talking to your friends and telling the no can be a hard thing. You sould 1st try talking to them and tell them how you feel. If that doesn't work I would make it into a kind of joke. Next time your friend asks you to buy her a lip gloss at the mall. Smile and say "no way, you buy it I'm almost broke, Jez". Try it! If it doesn't work write back and I'll think of more ideas!
