575 Marrenello. I love Ferrari!!!!! My favorite though is the 360 Spider. But defenitley the 575 Marrenello out of your choices.

Generally, Ferrari makes their non-formula-one cars because they can, and in terms of overall quality, while they look cool, they aren't that good of a car. Ferrari is in it to make top-notch race cars for the most part...
That said, I'd go with the Porsche, based mainly on Porsche's reliability and consistency compared to Ferrari.
