does anybody know where i can get my poems published? for free?
i've already been published by poetry.com, and american poets society, but i'm looking for some new places... got any ideas?
GuitarDude answered Friday July 2 2004, 10:05 pm: I would suggest www.fictionpress.com, because it has a very detailed system of sorting your works. You can pick genres for your poetry and submit it under a pen name. It even allows you to give it a rating (i.e. G, PG, PG-13, etc.) to your works. I believe that now you are guaranteed to get rated, also. But if not, there are spots that other users can give you feedback. They also have some contests going on right now. Check it out! HollyAnn2282 answered Thursday July 1 2004, 12:22 pm: You could maybe send it into like Chicken Soup books. They Published one of my friends one time and i was going to send mine in but I got a little lazy. Good luck with that and I hope you get your poem published!
