start small get friends in to it then tell them to get their friends into it and it goes on ....

You sound motivated and this sounds like a GREAT idea...
you dont have to start out big for any kind of organization for your club, just get yuor freinds involved and soon evnough word will get out and girls will be BEGGING you to let them in.. also, MANY times if yuo speak to an administrator at your school, they may grant you the opportunity to make the club school wide, all you have to do is find a sponsor. You have all summer to get the groundwork ready and start planning goals for the upcoming year!
