great places to start can be at your school, church, or even your favorite store. having something in common with another is a good foundation. go to your fav. music store, and talk to the people your age in the sections you enjoy as well.

Go to a park, a cafe, a gym, a club, anywhere with a ot of people. if like sports, go to a gym, you'll meet other people who also like sports, just think about what you like to do, and your hobbies, and go somewhere that has something to do with it, it will get u to meet people and they will have the same intrests as you.

Well you could join clubs that are nearby if there are any. If not go on the net and go and see if there are any community centres near you. There should be one there is over here it may depend on where you live. Go to skool clubs like sport clubs there are a gr8 way to meet new ppl. Hope i have given you some idea's

anywhere, all you have to do is to keep your mind opened and watch for people your age. Talk and there you have a friend. I lived in a town where there were only 3 girls my age. but before i moved, i had 15 friends. because there were boys my age and there were girls and boys like one year younger than me, but we were still friends.
