My brother is smelly and weird - is this normal?

I don't know if this is just a random question or real but i will answer it no matter what.

The stink problem he is probaly just puberty (that aweful thing) and if its really bad then I would just flat out tell him that he stinks and that he needs more deordorant on or this way first rule of puberty, deordorant. So yeah the smell is normal.and weird? what do you mean? weird as in makes really weird sounds and jumps around like a monkey or just different and can't explain it weird? either way I don't think that its anything to get all worried about. so yes to both its normal.
