It's true some people disgues themselves and stuff, but as long as you NEVER give out your adress or phone number, there's nothing wrong with having an internet boyfriend.

Listen to your friend. Internet dating is EXTREMELY dangerous, especially at your age. Dump your Internet boyfriend immediately, and never, ever give out your last name, address, phone number, city, or a photo of yourself on the Internet. Please try to be careful, as even if you think you're savvy, that's how people get tricked. Don't be insulted, because intelligent people are more likely to be trusting.

Internet boyfriends can be dangerous. And you already have a real life boyfriend, so it's not like you would be losing anything. You say you trust your internet boyfriend...how can you trust someone you have never met? Block the internet boyfriend off your buddy list, and don't talk to him again.
