well when u kiss and ur on top of him that is makeing out but talk to him tell him how u feel but i dont think its right for him to bring up liittle incedents that happend while u were wasted and tell him that u were wasted so that other guy was just a mastake and that when u are ready to be entamate with him u want to be sober and that u just want it to be spesial because isent that what every girl wants hope i helped later

I am confused as to who you are. I am going to guess you are the 15/f that can't get your boyfriend to kiss you when he greets you. If that is not right let me know.
My answer to you is that your both young, and he is most likely inexperienced. He probably scared, and shy and unsure of what to do. Take things slowly with him. When you kiss, talk about what you like and don't like about it, and help eachother improve your kisses. And take things slowly!
