best friend doesnt understand

i was dating a guy and flames for ex came back blah blah blah long story...and i told my friend Brandy, adn after i said somethign, she just changed the subject and didnt offer me any words of wisdom, adn everytime i mentioned it, she went crazy and changed the subject. it is kind of frustrating becuase i want t otalk to her out it but she doesnt want to hear it...i do happen to knwo that she really doesnt like my ex, she never approved of us to begin with...but, what can i do...??? to at least get her to be able to help me through my problems? is there anything i CAN do? HELP!!!

Well it will be hard to get her to talk about it when she's not a big fan of your ex. But you should be straight forward with her. And tell her that just becuase she doesn't like your ex doesn't mean she can't offer some words of wisdom, maybe ask her why she doesn't like your ex listen to what she has to say as well.

wow that like sounds exactly like me and one of my best friends. she never really likes who i go out with and always finds a reason to not like him and i thought it was because shes kinda always liked the guy i was going out with at the time. you just need to go somewhere together and talk about it start out by asking her why shes always changing the subject and not even bothering to help and that you've noticed shes doing that and what the reason for her not liking your ex is maybe you'll come to realize shes had feelings for him or knows things about him you didn't know. who knows. i think you need to ask those two questions first. good luck with that let me knwo what happens, it reminds me so much of me <3

It sounds like she doesn't wanna to talk about it because of some issues that were never solved.You can try asking her why she never liked your ex. Start by that.
