gymnastics i can do a back hand spring but i caint land it i always land on my chest and my stomache wut can i do to land straight???????????

first of all make sure you have plenty of room where ur doing it... and dont do it on something that can hurt ur chest when you land!
when u go to land it... try to stiffen ur legs a little more (pinch a penny!!)
and DONT straighten ur back too soon... dont rush into it and try to get up REAL fast, take it slow at first, try it with a spot. then try it without it and make sure ur legs stay TIGHT and stiff!! always stay tight

if you can't land it I'm assuming you're doing this on a trampoline or tumble track.
Have someone spot you a few times. Keep your body straight and try to snap your legs down when you're landing. ]
Practice makes perfect. :)
Maybe go back to two-hand...then one again. And wear something that would make your chest or stomache hurt less when you do them. ]
