i need to lose weight!!!! ok i need to loser 10 lbs in the next 2 weeks.. i weigg 126 i ned to get to at least 115 what r some good ways to do that

Running, Crunches, do the 8 glasses of water day diet thing, you only drink 8 glasses of water a day & it makes you feel full :) ]
is it for a sport? because if it is, wear a trashbag and a sweatsuit the night before you need to be at 115. other than that, just eat salads and chicken and rice. ]
You don't NEED to lose any more weight!
If you *have* to, though, for whatever reason...
Eat eggs, or a grapefruit for breakfast.
Have a small, vegetarian lunch.
Don't drink fruit juice or pop, only water. A lot.
Jog for an hour each day, and do sit-ups or push-ups. ]
