Um, doesn't your title line say you want a girlfriend? Then you are thinking about getting a bisexual girlfirend? I don't think you should consider becoming a girl.
No doctor would do a sex change on someone so young. Doctors usually do extensive psychological screening to make sure this is the right thing for you. It doesn't sound like it.
I have heard guys say they wish they were women just because they think it is easier for women to get sex. Maybe this is your case.
