My thighs my thighs are fat and i want to slim them down... how do i do it? What kinda excersices do i need to do?

my dad tells me this ALL THE TIME, and i think its pretty good advice. and its as simple as abc, its easier said than done. EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE. if you eat right and exercise, you should be healthily slim. i guess there are a lot of ways 2 "eat right", but a good amount of vitamins, fiber and calcium, and not as much carbs should do the trick. ]
Try riding you bike alot.Also swimming,trampolinee and running help ALOT! ]
leg lifts work great. So does running. For leg lifts, just do like 20 reps 3 times. It works great! Don't give up. It may talk time! ]

its a bad idea to just work on ur thighs because ur will become stiff and will affect the way u walk. Exercises u can do for ur legs r exercise ball and lift ur one leg up in the air as u lean on the ball and try lift ur leg up and move it up and down 10 times swoping ur legs at a time. Use treadmills exercise bikes and so on gd luck
