friend2all answered Wednesday May 5 2004, 4:43 pm: its a bad idea to just work on ur thighs because ur will become stiff and will affect the way u walk. Exercises u can do for ur legs r exercise ball and lift ur one leg up in the air as u lean on the ball and try lift ur leg up and move it up and down 10 times swoping ur legs at a time. Use treadmills exercise bikes and so on gd luck
