I'm okay with guys normally, but I do have a problem with thinking guys are asking me out out of pity or because they're going to use me. (bad experiences) Any tips on how to help me be a little more trusting?

Well, just don't let them use you. Maybe you don't trust them for a reason. There are some shitty people in the world, you can't just trust everyone, you have to go with your gut instincts. Go out with them, but set your limits, that's more than okay.
