iv always heard that when someone bites there nails constantly that they are nervous is this true????? i usually bite my nails a lot and it seems that when i do that im nervous ...is this just a saying or is it true???? becuz there is this boy i know and he is always bitig his nails like constantly whne i see him so does this mean he is nervous? HELP!

no this isnt true, well for some people it is, for others its just a habbit i bite my nails and i just do it casue im bored

It's not true in all cases that's correct. However, if you bite your cuticles, and they bleed that's another story. Because then you're at risk for infection. Haha! I bite my nails too, to be honest. I do it if I'm bored or worried. Anxiety in my case plays a big part in it.

No it goes without saying its just a saying. But the truth oif it is many people just tend to bit their nails when nervous, I have a friend who just bites his nails when he gets board or is confused. It just depends on the person because I rock my leg when Im nervous and I don't bit my nail when nervous. So It just depends on the person.

I bite my nails too when I am nervous. He probably is nervous around you. If you like him, you should go talk to him, because he may like you. Try not to bite your nails around him though.
