I need help. My friends are well, my friends. And my b/f is my b/f. I get the feeling that my friends are up to something. I dont want them to get hurt! What should I do??

You really don't give enough information for a good answer. What makes you think they are up to something? How would they be hurt by it? A good answer would depend entirely on the situation.

You're having mate/partner conflicts? You need to sit down with eeryone, find out what there problem is with the other pary and try and sort it out. People may be hurt, and there is not a lot you can do about that. Good luck :)
