Tasha answered Monday February 23 2004, 2:54 pm: Just try and keep out of your mums way as much as possible. I have a similar problem. My mum says im ungrateful etc. but its not true. Try and ignore it. Ive tried to ingnore it. Sometimes you cant. She shouldn't call you a bitch though. Try to show her it doesn't get to you. If she sees, what she says, does get to you she'll do it more. Tell her that you're not trying to be clever but ask her how are you so ungrateful, what makes you so ungrateful. Whatever answered Friday February 6 2004, 4:43 pm: You're only making things worse whenever you argue with your mom. You should realize by now there really is nothing you can do here but to abide by her rules since you are still a minor. I suggest keeping a low profile whenever your mom is at home. The more you argue with her the more she is going to be at your case so try to endure her little house rules or whatever and be a good girl! (or atleast pretend to be a good girl)until you reach 18 - by then you have the option of moving out. [ Whatever's advice column | Ask Whatever A Question ]
