my mom and dad are two worried about my baby brother in the hospitaland dont have time for me anymore i feel like they dont care about me i mean im 13 but they never do anything with me anymore and i feel like they dont love me. i mean they are so boring these days and they arent very old so do they care about me or not? help me please

Your mom and dad being worried about your baby brother is perfectly normal if he's in the hospital. I know how you feel, even though I don't have any younger siblings, but older ones are just as bad sometimes. I always feel like my parents take their side.
I know you can't help but feel jealous and irritated by this, but it's just something your going to have to deal with if your brother's in the hospital.
Try sitting down and talking to your parents about your day at school, or something you saw on the television or something you heard somewhere.
That really could help, and if that doesn't work, just burst out and ask them why they don't pay attention to you (even though Im sure thats not it), but just tell them everything you feel. I do the same thing with my parents when somethings on my mind. Also, I have a baby neice and a baby nephew who get most of the attention to and it gets annoying (I love them to death though).
Just sit down and talk wit your parents because Im sorry, but I don't know you and your parents (and your brothers condition) so that's all the help I have.

p.s. Help them around the house and do all your homework, and that will get them to notice. Also, if you don't want to sit down and talk with them then I's say to just be extra nice and see if they realize you are changing.
