I'm getting a Christmas gift for a horse-oriented type but I haven't had a chance to snoop in the barn for a bit... she does 3-day eventing and teaches riding lessons, an English-style rider. What is she likely to be wearing out, running out of or needing more of, knowing nothing else?

Eventers use a big stopwatch thing that goes around the wrist to keep track of their time; a new one of those might be nice... I'm not sure how expensive... I recommend the Ruffian or Seabiscket story book things those are both great and any horse lover would love them... anything autographed by David or Karen O'Conner... every horse person can always use more show sheen or Braid-it (i highly recommend braid-it i don't know how i lived with out it... I think that is a pretty good amount of things for you to think about have fun horsy shopping :) [ ScaperJess's advice column | Ask ScaperJess A Question ]
