Hay shay I see u like 2 play softball. When im playing games im way to nervous 2 hit or catch da ball. How do i relax and shut out my nervousness????ThanxxxLotsss!!!signed,nervous!

Dear nervous,
I dont actually play on a team, but I do play in school in front of my 43 student class, but I still love it. Anyways dont think to much about it. Empty your mind. You cant possibly hit the ball if your thinking of all the ways you can miss!
