dolphinlover answered Thursday October 9 2003, 10:36 pm: When I first started my job, I was doing the menial tasks for everyone else, since I was at the bottom of the chain of command. After about 9 months, though, I was transferred to another department where my skills were appreciated more and I could enjoy myself. If you stick with a job long enough, you should be recognized for who you are and be given opportunities to express yourself in greater ways. Otherwise, you should look for a career in which your talents will stand out and earn you the rewards that you deserve. [ dolphinlover's advice column | Ask dolphinlover A Question ]
