SEXY LEGS. its the season to show them

I am 15 and an african american female. It's really hot in NYC now. (where i live) and i want to wear shorts and skirts but im a little insecure about my legs. my skin color is kind of light but not too light and not dark just in between. anyways my legs has these tiny brown spots all over them and they annoy me soo much. i've had them for the longest maybe for about 3 or 4 years. i've shaved my legs before with a razor could that be why i have these tiny brown spots. In the tiny spots is hair. could it be hair bumps?? do they go away?? Dont mean to gross you out if i did. they dont look disgusting or anything but i really dont want them on my legs. does anybody have a clue what it could be or knows anything about it?? thanx in advance

hey,
I am a 14/f and I live in Washington State. (spokane if that helps) I turn 15 in acouple months and I know your allowed to take drivers ed once you turn 15. I have alot of questions about this. When can I take it? Only during the summer or during the school year too? Is 15 the right age? Where can I take drivers Ed.? And anything else you know about would be REALLY appreciated. when people answer other people's questions with: go ask the doctor, isn't that kind of redundant? who goes all the way to the doctor's office to ask one little question anyway? what do they mean? just ask the doctor over the phone? what if your doctor is actually a pediatrician and might think you're a hypochondriac? i have tons of questions to ask my "doctor." i can't go ask every single time. write down the questions and ask the doctor the next time you visit for something semi-more important?

Drink Mixes

I'm having a party for about 15 this weekend and I was originally going to bartend and mix all the drinks myself, from scratch, but now, I need to find some ways to cut costs, so- does anyone know of any stores ( besides liquor stores, all the ones near me just have margarita mixes) where I can get pre-mixed drinks(just add alcohol)? Cheaply?

Hey anybody who reads this. I just wanted everybody to know that the user "ShannonBond" is fake. I personally know Shannon Bond and this girl is NOT her! She's faking Shannon Bond and using her pictures, when really this girl IS NOT her. Please Advicenators, DELETE HER PROFILE! That should not be acceptable for people to have fake pictures of other people, and pretend to be them. THAT'S JUST WRONG!

how come advicenators has changed so much? a while ago.. people could ask anyone question they had. now there are all these rules and they really restrict what i am curious about. a lot of serious questions i have, have all been deleted. i dont understand this and i think it should change.
